Tenant Data Entry
When the Hengshi system is deployed in a scenario with a platform provider and multiple enterprise tenant clients, tenants have the capability to create custom forms for data entry, collect data, and perform analysis. Additionally, the platform provider can share forms with tenants, who can then grant secondary authorization within the system for other users to fill out the forms. This article explains how the platform provider can share forms with tenants and query the content entered by tenants.
Sharing Forms with Tenants
The platform provider adds tenant information in the form settings to allow tenant data entry. The term "ALL_TENANTS" represents all tenants, and specific tenant names can also be entered.
Tenant administrators can see the forms shared by the platform in the platform data. Upon opening a form, they can manage secondary authorization to allow other users within the tenant system to fill out the form.
The platform provider can view the content entered by tenants in the form data. The field "hs_user_company" is the tenant ID, and records where "hs_user_company" is not empty are entries made by tenants.
