Form Settings
After the form is created, it needs to be enabled for data entry before users can fill out the form and collect data. The data entry process can be paused at any time.
Once data entry is enabled, you need to set the form submission method, which supports real-name submission and anonymous submission.
Data Entry Enablement Entry
The form can only be filled out and data collected after data entry is enabled. There are two places to enable data entry for the form: one is on the form settings page, as shown in the red box below.
The other is on the Data Entry Management Page, as shown below.
Real-Name Submission
Real-name submission collects both data and the user ID information of the submitter. Real-name submission is only available for users within the system and allows setting specific users for submission.
After enabling data entry, real-name submission is turned on by default. It supports sharing the form with users within the system via a link or QR code for submission.
Anonymous Submission
Anonymous submission collects data without collecting the user ID information. Anonymous submission can be used for all users.
When using anonymous submission, you must first turn on the main data entry switch and then enable the anonymous submission switch. It supports sharing the form via a link or QR code.
Form Filling
After enabling data entry, the form can be filled out on both PC and mobile devices, with each submission recording only one entry.
