Click System Settings -> System Log

On this page, user actions are recorded in terms of Time, Operator, IP, Action, Result, Category, Object, and Description. System administrators can audit user actions across the entire system from this page. Additionally, filtering and search functions are provided for Time, Operator, Action, and Category.

To ensure data security, system administrators need to monitor every data download action. For actions involving exporting detailed data and exporting aggregated Excel results, you can filter "Export Data" in the system log to monitor the object and data volume of each user's download.
