System Statistics Monitoring

The system monitors resource usage, user behavior, and operational status. Users can use this data to understand system usage and user behavior.

The system statistics monitoring module is divided into four sections: Overview, Resource Statistics, User Behavior Statistics, and System Operation Monitoring.

Overview

The Overview section displays the number of registered users, active users, resource usage across various modules, and provides statistical analysis of the types of charts and data sources used by users.

Resource Statistics

Resource Statistics covers the resources in various modules of the system, including applications, datasets, data connections, data science, and data integration. The page shows resources created in the last 30 days, the top 10 most accessed resources, and detailed resource access records.

The Application Statistics page provides detailed statistics on the number of applications and their access patterns.

User Behavior Statistics

User Behavior Statistics records the number of user registrations, active users, user groups, user activity trends, and resource creation by users.

System Operation Monitoring

System administrators can access system monitoring by clicking System Settings -> System Monitoring to monitor sessions, loading times, and background tasks.

System monitoring helps operations personnel troubleshoot issues. When anomalies occur, monitoring data can be reviewed to optimize performance. Charts with long loading times can be analyzed and optimized for early warning. When monitoring detects a high number of logins, it prompts operations personnel to consider whether the system needs to be scaled.

Sessions and Loading Times

The Sessions and Loading Times section displays data for sessions and loading times over the past 24 hours. Click the View More button to open loading times for all charts.

Background Tasks

Background Tasks, displaying data for background tasks up to 24 hours. Click the View Details button to open the execution duration of all tasks, including various scheduled tasks within the system: dataset refresh, email push, data science, data preparation.
