Retention
Retention is calculated backward, measuring the number of times/ratio a certain metric appears within a subsequent period.
Retention analysis is a necessary step in the digital transformation process after business onlineization, and it is the foundation of refined operational growth. In customer management and product operation scenarios, user retention rate is a key indicator. After launching a new product or initiating a promotional campaign, it may be necessary to frequently focus on retention situations, frequently assess the product's status, and make timely adjustments.
