Organization Structure
The organization structure represents the organizational information of departments. By enabling the organization structure, department information can be synchronized into the HENGSHI SENSE system.
The organization structure's code is globally unique. When synchronizing from external systems, the external department's ID will be used as the code. Synchronization cannot proceed if there is a code conflict from multiple sources (e.g., synchronizing the WeCom organization structure first and then synchronizing the DingTalk organization structure).
You can troubleshoot using the following steps: Click "Sync Now," and in the case of a code conflict, a conflict message will be displayed.
Enable Organizational Structure
WeCom, Feishu, and DingTalk support organizational structure synchronization. Taking DingTalk as an example: go to Settings -> Organization Management -> Authentication Method
, select DingTalk
, and click Configure
.
Enter the synchronization frequency in the synchronization frequency field, click Sync Now
, and then click Save
. The organizational structure information will be displayed in the system.
When you click Disable Organizational Structure
and save, the organizational structure information will be removed from the system.
View Organizational Structure
After enabling the organizational structure, you can view relevant information on the organizational structure page and check or edit each user's information.
Organization Structure Usage
When granting permissions in the system, you can authorize a specific organizational department node to achieve the effect of batch authorization for department users. For example, when selecting the authorization object in connection permissions, you can directly select the organizational structure node to authorize all users within the department.
