TIP

The capture does not occur immediately; there is a 10-minute delay before the thumbnail is taken, and each screenshot requires more than 20 seconds, so expect a noticeable lag.

Thumbnail Width & Height

• PC: 400 × 283
• Mobile: 300 × 534
• After publishing, the Dashboard thumbnail is further scaled down by a factor of 6.

Thumbnail Screenshot Logic

HENGSHI SENSE has a built-in screenshot tool. The thumbnail is first captured at the default resolution of 1280 × 904, then scaled according to the thumbnail sizing rules.
