Active

Active is forward-looking, calculating the number/ratio of occurrences of a measure within a previous period. Active supports date dimensions and non-date dimensions. When the active period is "Range Time," it supports "Continuous Active" calculation.

Active supports two calculation results:

• Active Count
• Active Rate

Date Dimension Active

When the dimension contains a date field, the active calculation settings page is as follows. Select the active period, with the minimum supported date dimension aggregation method being "Day" and the maximum being "Year."

Active Period

Active calculation supports three active periods:

• Fixed Time
• Range Time When the active period is "Range Time," it supports calculating "Continuous Active." Continuous Active means that within this time range, a measure appears in every period. For example, if a customer logs into the website every day in November, that customer is a continuous active customer.
• Custom Time

Non-Date Dimension Active

When the dimension field does not contain time information, the active calculation settings page is as follows. You need to specify the selected time, i.e., the calculation time, and also specify the active period, i.e., the comparison period.
