# System Logs

Click `Settings -> Intelligent Operations -> System Operation Records`

On this page, user activities are recorded from aspects such as `Time`, `Operator`, `IP`, `Action`, `Result`, `Category`, `Object`, and `Description`. System administrators can audit user activities across the entire system from this page. Additionally, filtering and search functionalities are provided for `Time`, `Operator`, `Action`, and `Category`.

To ensure data security, system administrators need to monitor every instance of data download. For actions such as exporting detailed data and exporting Excel aggregated result data, administrators can filter "Export Data" in the system logs to monitor the objects and data volume of each data download.
